Spring Street is one of the famous streets in the SOHO shopping district.
It is known for its interesting (and expensive!) boutiques, but you can also find your mall favorites there too (like american eagle, H&M, etc.) With only a $140 a week stipend, we did a lot of window shopping! But we did find a few stores closer to Chinatown that had cute, relatively cheap clothes. Since we had migrated towards Chinatown anyways, we decided to stop and get chinese food and bubble tea, then continue shopping. On our way there, we passed by the old New York Police Department building, which I believe has been converted to apartments now.
The day was another scorcher, in my standards of course, and we were thoroughly exhausted once we got back!
